住宿地點臨近地下鐵大須觀音站，且附近有多家便利商店，生活機能便利。
一、枕頭太扁且太軟，睡習慣乳膠材質枕頭的人可能不好適應。 二、餐桌有一張椅子已經塌陷，建議更新。 三、廚房沒有抹布，使用上不太方便。 四、其中一間房間臨近馬路，晚上睡覺容易被噪音打擾。

附近交通便利，可步行至超市又鄰近商店街。WiFi順暢。進出人員感覺很單純。
若能有烘衣機更好，雖有洗衣機但衣服無法晾乾。 雖有備拖鞋但有一雙已脫皮
