It’s a cozy and warm space. Although not very spacious, it was sufficient for six people for a one-night stay. You can tell it was previously a family home, as the overall design reflects a typical Japanese family-style house—warm and comfortable.
The location is close to public transport, though it requires a bit of walking. There are also many convenience stores and food options nearby.
The owner/staff are friendly and helpful as well. The living room is equipped with a TV/speaker/lamp/projector, which is quite cool and adds to the experience.
It was perfect for six people like us, especially with our Malaysian/Asian body size. However, I’m not sure if it would be as comfortable for guests with larger body frames, such as Western travelers, as it may feel a bit small for them.

Clean, cheap for a 2-bedroom apartment and comfortable.
They provided bottles of water to take away.
The property was great but communication to access the property could have been better.
They forgot to provide the number code for the letter box safe in the hallway to access the key, which was stressful.
However, despite arriving late in the evening, they responded fairly quickly to our message for assistance via the Booking.com App and provided the code and image on how to open the letter box.
