Flower garden in Lozenetz by 7th Sence

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and I genuinely cannot recommend this apartment highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment is beautiful, exceptionally spacious, tastefully furnished, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need, even down to the smallest details. As a former professional chef, I was particularly impressed by the kitchen. I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by the exceptional selection of cookware, utensils, and kitchen appliances provided. Everything you could possibly need to prepare virtually any meal is available, which is something you rarely find even in high-quality accommodation. The attention to detail was truly remarkable and deserves special recognition. However, what made our experience truly exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Communication with our hosts was consistently professional, incredibly friendly, warm, and thoughtful. They were always approachable, understanding, and genuinely willing to help. What we appreciated most was the trust they placed in us as their guests. That level of trust, combined with such kindness and professionalism, made us feel genuinely respected, comfortable, and welcome. It is something we deeply appreciated and certainly did not take for granted. The location is fantastic, and the apartment itself exceeded all our expectations. We stayed as a family, and my wife loved it so much that we even started discussing the possibility of living here long-term! A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful hosts for making our stay so special. Exceptional accommodation, outstanding communication, genuine trust, and truly remarkable hospitality. We would return without a moment's hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting Sofia.

Absolutely nothing! Everything was exceptional, from the apartment and its outstanding facilities to the wonderful communication and hospitality. We couldn't have wished for a better experience.
