Hacienda Lagunillas

The grounds were very well maintained. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Indoor pool area was so cute! The grass on the property is so soft, you can literally run barefoot.

The towels were pretty rough and the restaurant and bar weren’t open. But that’s our fault, we didn’t read enough to know that they’re not open during the week. Also, the spa is by appointment. Again, not the hacienda’s fault but we know for next time.

Excelentes instalaciones dentro de una hacienda muy grande y bonita

El peor personal que me ha tocado en un hotel. Apáticos, sin iniciativa y sin respeto al lugar del trabajo. No hay buenas indicaciones para llegar a la recepción, no hay ningún servicio de comida y bebida entre semana( no avisan en ningún momento), ya que estábamos dentro de la alberca nos dicen que no nos podemos meter porque tenía químicos, sin importar el riesgo a la salud y al final no pudimos hacer uso de ella, no te ayudan con las maletas el check-in, etc. Mi recomendación sería contratar gente profesional o darles una buena capacitación ya que es un muy bonito hotel.
