Hotel is located beside an interstate highway, where you simply pull over and drive off the edge. Arriving after sunset meant it was pitch black and there was no lights on the hotel. We actually drove past the hotel but were able to drive against traffic on the shoulder’s edge to find a dark opening that led to a large courtyard of the hotel. The superior king was equipped with one room with a king bed, chair and tv inside the entrance and up the stairs on the second level a king bed, tv and washroom. The rooms were cold and sterile with towels for 1 person if their routine was to use one for their hair. The was described up to 4 people but charged roughly an additional 25 canadian dollars for the 3rd adult. Having only one bathroom on the upper floor we had to leave the bathroom light one so our friend could navigate up the stairs without tripping or falling. The pool was closed.

Stayed here the night before an early flight out. The complex is nice, but right off the highway and didn't seem to have much around it. The lower level had no air and the frosted glass on the front doors let in lots of light while trying to sleep. We weren't given a remote for the AC unit upstairs. Otherwise, place was huge and in good condition. It was nice finding a place with two king beds.

Booked two rooms. Very nice rooms, however they were extremely dirty with dust. In one of the rooms, the bed was made but the sheets were obviously not changed. Lipstick, wrinkled sheets with body indentations in them and hand towel in bathroom was dirty too. It’s sad because the rooms were very nice, they are just not properly cleaned. I will not stay there again.

I really don’t like leaving poor reviews but Latit just wasn’t up to par in any sense. Rooms were filthy (walked around barefoot for 30s and our feet were black, sheets had dirt streaks like they’d been dragged on floor before being put on bed, surfaces were covered with hair and dust). TV remote didn’t work, AC remote was gone so we couldn’t use it despite the hot room. Property has potential but ownership needs to step up their game to realize it.

The hotel is located at an industrial area and landfill area, the air smells bad. The property amenities say there's swimming pool and there's hot tub in the room, but the swimming pool is totally not maintained and there's no hot tub.

Staff were helpful in getting us a cab and answered our questions. However there were stains on the bed and no blankets and it was quite cold. The room was uninviting and very cold, the floors and bathroom were clean. The food was terrible and came with no cutlery. We only stayed one night so can’t speak to the other facilities.

We arrived in our room and there’s a sour stinch like Raw sewage! Once into the second floor the bedding is stained with Reddish stains, the restroom is dirty hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The sink has some awful gummy stuff, the shower has so much water stains, the shower head water goes everywhere cause of how dirty it is. The “towel” is probably the most used towel I have ever touched so thin overused and torn.

Do not let the pictures fool you! This place is outdated, DIRTY and STINKY! Bed sheets with stains, slimy dirty toilet and toilet seat, hairs everywhere, walls dirty with stains of food and raggedy bathroom towels! TERRIBLE!

We stayed at this hotel for a night. It’s like 20min from airport. Taxis from and to airport was $350 pesos in 2024. Uber didn’t work. The hotel called the taxi for us. The towels are literally coming apart. And the bed sheets are so worn out and didnt have a good smell.
