Très bon séjour d’une semaine. Je viens de rentrer personnel, très réactif et très gentil. La restauration était super beaucoup de choix. Les activités sont pas mal mais j’aurais préféré un peu plus d’activités et des musiques en Turc. Sinon rien à dire beaucoup de choix pour manger, le chef du restaurant, très attentif à tous, je recommande.

Pour la propreté, faire peut-être un peu plus. Attention au bord de la piscine et les chambres.

Le meilleurs endroit de l’hôtel c’est le restaurant tamarix où il y a le buffet à volonté, propre, beaucoup de choix différent tout les jours et très bon. Le hamam aussi c’est très bien.

Le ménage des chambres est un peu bâclé, il a fallu réclamer des serviettes ou les boissons du minibar. L’hôtel possède une belle piscine avec un pool bar mais dommage que l’eau de la piscine n’avais pas l’air très propre et surtout tout au tour de la piscine les gens laisse leurs verres partout et pas de personnelles pour ramasser

Personel sympathique hôtel propre les animations du soir était bien le buffet était bien varié hôtel à refaire

Juste la piscine est petite par rapport à l hôtel le matin faut descendre et de mettre des serviettes sur les chaises longues La chambre on nous la donne à 15 h au lieu de 14 h

The hotel itself was good, public areas quite stylish, and so it should be as its almost brand new. Other than the reception staff the people working there were excellent. One nice big pool. Good pool bar. Rooms had toilets with built in bidets, good big shower. Drinks in the fridge replenished every day at no cost. Good cleaning staff. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is powerful. No iron/ironing board in the room, but there is a hair drier and a small safe. Others have complained about the language barrier, yes they are better equipped for Russian and German speakers, but I did not have any problems making myself understood in English, just speak clearly, slowly, and tone down any accent. Every square metre possible in the buildings has been utilised for rooms where possible, so a lot of the rooms are a bit overlooked (unless you pay extra for what I did, a sea view), although everyone spends their time half naked at the pool anyway it didnt seem to bother a lot of people. The 'swim up' rooms seem to charged at a premium, and im not sure why. Around parts of the lower floors of the accommodation blocks there is a moat, about 3m wide, so you can take a dip from outside your patio door, but the moat doesnt lead anywhere, like to the main pool, so in order to 'swim up' to your room, you have to get in and swim away from it first, passing your neighbours patio doors. Maybe im missing something. You have to go to the private beach, there is a regular minibus but it takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. Hundreds of beds, most of them empty, you can move them about if you want more or less shade. Sandy beach has a pebble lined shoreline, so take some sea/aqua shoes - also the dry sand gets very very hot. The beach bar was very good, food made just about to order and it was table service. There are some arranged activities on the beach, and there are life guards too.

My friend arrived first, the room allocated was not what we had paid for (we paid for a room with 2 beds and a sea view, he was given a room with 1 bed and no sea view). He was allocated another room, but again not what we had paid for (this time 2 beds but facing the 3 meter concrete perimeter wall). I arrived and was told to accept the room and they would try and change it in a few days. I explained that if I was not going to get the room I paid for I would be expecting a refund. Reception lady spoke to the manager and within 90 seconds a room with 2 beds and sea view became available! I get the impression its a cultural thing, there are rooms that are tight up against the perimeter wall, or opposite the mosque (i.e. 5am call to prayer) that are not popular so reception try and put people in there and see if they complain or not. Staff training at the bars needs improving. Often you would find one person serving and two stocking up, getting ice etc - yes this has to be done, but when a customer asks for a few cocktails service speed drops dramatically - surely the ice collecting staff could be taught to step in when there are delays and at least provide some basics like pouring beer of wine. Guests were in general well behaved, apart from the glutenous ones at meal times, and of course the sun bed hoggers - each morning I saw one man reserve 14 sun beds - every morning - and yes, most of them were never used during the day. Alas the staff watch this and say nothing. Instead more beds are provided and its pretty jam packed!
