used to stay at this property frequently and even recommended it to many people traveling to Hong Kong. However, after staying here for 5 nights this time, I will NEVER step foot in this place again. Here is the breakdown of my terrible experience: • Night 1 (Unhygienic Bedding): The room was tiny, and the bedsheet had visible bloodstains. I chose not to complain because I wanted to avoid conflict. • Night 3 (Intrusive Staff & Privacy Violation): The host messaged me at 8:40 AM saying someone would inspect the bathroom. At 9:50 AM (well before the 11:00 AM checkout time), they walked into my room while I was sleeping in my underwear, without giving me time to put on clothes. They stayed until 10:30 AM, completely ruining my privacy and rest. • Night 4 (Safety Hazard & Reused Stained Sheets): I moved back to the smaller room, only to find the EXACT same bloodstained bedsheet. They never washed or changed it. During my shower, the hot water suddenly spiked to a dangerous temperature with steam coming out, severely burning my leg and foot until they turned red and stinging. Panicked by the extreme heat, I dropped the showerhead. It fell less than 30 cm from the toilet seat, causing the head to pop off. • Day 5 (Late Check-in, Extortion & Rude Behavior): • Check-in was delayed—I only got the passcode at 3:30 PM, and the room was still not clean. • The host aggressively demanded 50 HKD for the showerhead and threatened to block my check-in if I didn't pay. • When I tried to show them the dangerous hot water, the temp had already dropped (the extreme heat lasted for the first 1-2 minutes). • When I pointed out the bloodstains on the bedsheet, the host absurdly argued over the word, saying "This is blood, not bug" (when I clearly said "dirty blood"). • While waiting, the housekeeper rudely told me to leave since I had checked out. I am deeply disappointed with how I was treated as a repeat guest. I will no longer support a place with zero manners, terrible hygiene, and dangerous facilities.
