    Very nice location,few steps away from train. Clean Room. Very nice staff. Easy to deal with, will definitely coming back again. Two thumbs up! 🫶 Highly Recommended!

    The guy is not there upon checking in. There was no Chinese translations. When I called , he should immediately come out and assist the guest for check in instead he gave me a long instructions. I then told him ok to all and had informed my guest. Instead he accused me of lying and insists I called back. This is ridiculous. Please go and learn some basic customer service skill. This place is not recommended

    We arrived pass 6pm to the hotel, we tried to contact the hotel thru the number posted at the door and the doorbell that we pressumed that's how they would answer..I took us more than 40mins in pressing the bell coz the number posted DID NOT INDICATE if it's thru WECHAT app or WHATSAPP number? And there no WIFI connection provided for easier conversation.. the Indian guy at the other end seems not nice 😖
