L’emplacement était vraiment parfait, très très bien situé, proche de tout tout en restant dans un endroit calme et agréable.
Nous aurions aimé être prévenus de la petite fuite d’eau. Il fallait surveiller régulièrement pour éviter que l’eau déborde du seau mis sur place. À notre arrivée, il y avait déjà un peu d’eau près du meuble TV. Une serpillière à disposition aurait été utile car nous avons dû utiliser du sopalin pour nettoyer. La chasse d’eau était aussi compliquée à tirer. Pour les personnes qui cuisinent sur place, un meilleur couteau et un peu plus de vaisselle seraient appréciables.

L'emplacement géographique.
Dès l'entrée de l'immeuble il y a forte odeur d'humidité. Le sol de l'appartement était particulièrement sale. Grosse fuite sous le frigo qui vaut à une grosse flaque qui va jusque dessous le meuble TV... Nous avons réservé pour 3 personnes il n'y avait seulement 2 serviettes de bain. Le linge de lit c'était cata (voir photo). Dommage car cet appartement a du potentiel mais il reste encore des choses à améliorer.
