About this apartment rental
Welcome to our 117 m² apartment in Le Mourillon with a breathtaking view of the sea in an exceptional residence with swimming pool and tennis courts! Are you looking for a quiet and elegant holiday spot, close to everything (beach, shops and restaurants just a few steps away), with a swimming pool and a beautiful terrace to contemplate the view? There you are! The apartment is a haven of peace, while being in the immediate vicinity of the living areas of Mourillon.
The accommodation
The 117m² apartment is located in Le Mourillon, the most picturesque district of Toulon with the appearance of a fishing village, with shops, a Provencal market, various restaurants and beach huts, yacht club and customs path nearby.
On the 2nd floor, it is served by a lift. Upon entering, a large hall leads to the living rooms:
- A large living and dining room, opening onto the south-facing terrace with sea views,
- An alcove with an office area and a sofa for reading and/or contemplating the sea. In the evening, this sofa can be transformed into a double bed, the sliding partition can be closed and this space becomes a very comfortable bedroom.
- A beautiful terrace with dining area and convivial outdoor lounges to enjoy the breathtaking view from sunrise to sunset,
- A superb warm, elegant and functional kitchen with a laundry area at the back,
- A first bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a double bed + a single bed, both with a view of the green spaces,
- A bathroom with shower and toilet,
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Closets are available for you to store your clothes.
Linen is provided to our guests (sheets, towels, shower mats and kitchen towels) but not beach and/or pool towels.
You can access the residence's swimming pool and the tennis courts free of charge (by reservation, with your own equipment), the garden with petanque court and the children's wading pool.
The apartment has a private parking space. A comfortable stay and a unique experience.
The apartment is not air-conditioned but it is equipped with fans in each bedroom and in the living room. As it is through, it is easy to ventilate.

An exceptional property in an excellent location within five minutes' walk of the beaches. The view from the apartment is fantastic and Amandine made sure we were very welcome. We did not have a car but the apartment is very close to bus stops, the Mourillon shops and in 20-30 minutes' walk of the centre of Toulon.A five-star review following a wonderful stay.
