Maison Castel - Welkeys

The location was amazing, in a safe area near many small stores and a few minutes' walk from the beach and bus stop. The backyard was peaceful and a great place to host a dinner with family or friends. The people meeting us with the keys were very friendly. The house was very clean, a great size for the area, and the furniture was comfortable.

The bathroom set up was strange - there is one half bathroom with a sink and shower, and two half bathrooms with toilets and sinks. One of those bathrooms, the only one upstairs, was in one of the bedrooms making it inaccessible for others at night. The other toilet was downstairs and didn't have much privacy because the door to close it was a shutter door and not a solid door. There was no AC and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable for a July stay. The front bedroom facing the street was the hottest since if you opened the windows at night, you'd be woken up by cars driving by. The two back rooms were more comfortable since they weren't street facing and you could open the windows at night. Several fans were provided which helped a little, but I highly suggest at least some portable AC units to be provided in the summertime. Only a few rolls of toilet paper and three pieces of paper towels (not even a whole roll) were provided which I thought was inadequate for a one week stay, especially for the price paid. There were also ants in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms didn't have any soap.

Une maison typique charmante, confortable,bien équipée et très bien située(commerce,restaurant,night club,marché avec des produits frais le week end,plage a proximité).

Un barbecue sur la terrasse,une casserole plus grosse pour la cuisine pour 5 personnes et ça serait un 10/10.

L’emplacement est tout près de la mer, très calme et juste à côté d’une rue commerçante où il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut. La maison est très agréable, confortable et bien équipée. La literie est parfaite. Le petit patio doit être bien agréable l’été

À 5 sur un séjour d’hiver la quantité d’eau chaude est parfois insuffisante ainsi que l’ampérage du dijoncteur trop faible (coupure de courant à plusieurs reprises). Une théière serait la bienvenue. Les frais de ménage sont exorbitants.

Emplacement idéal dans le Mourillon. Bien aménagé, bonne literie, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, beaucoup d’espace, extérieur très agréable.

Peut être utile de préciser dans la description que les escaliers menant à l’étage peuvent être difficiles à monter en cas de problèmes de genoux ou dos. Le ménage à notre arrivée donnait l’impression du vite fait (minons de poussière dans les chambres, salle de douche, machine à café contenant encore des traces de café).
