I really liked the location — it was excellent: central, convenient, beautiful, and easy to access. The apartment itself felt brand new, both the building and the furnishings were modern, stylish, and very well maintained. One of my favorite things was waking up in the morning and enjoying the lovely view directly from the bed. The furniture was tasteful and comfortable, the mattress was excellent, and the bed linen was perfectly clean and smelled wonderful, which created a very pleasant and cozy atmosphere.

1. I did not like the very slow approval and rental process for accessing the apartment. The website is quite slow and often crashes. It took us around an hour to complete all the required information until the system finally accepted everything. Uploading and approving the photos was also unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. Overall, the approval platform needs significant improvement in terms of speed and user experience. 2. I also did not like the quality and inconsistency of the kitchen glasses and dishes. Especially the glasses — they looked as if they had been collected randomly from different places, without any style or consistency. I would recommend adding at least two proper wine glasses, reorganizing the coffee cups, and removing the mismatched and low-quality glasses that do not fit the otherwise stylish apartment atmosphere. 3. The price of the apartment is quite high considering the lack of basic amenities inside. There are no toiletries provided, and although there is a coffee machine, there is no coffee available. At first, when you open the door to the studio, your reaction is: “Wow, this place is beautiful and cozy.” But then you start noticing the absence of simple essentials that make guests feel cared for and truly welcome. Please think about this — the price we pay as guests certainly allows for a higher level of care and attention to detail that would create a genuinely wonderful experience. The investment needed is minimal, but the quality of your service and the overall guest experience would improve tremendously. P.S. We also took care of the comfort of future guests by buying coffee capsules — both for ourselves and for the next visitors — so that they could also enjoy a pleasant and comfortable morning coffee experience when they wake up. ;))

Underground parking included! Fantastic property and exceptional host!

About a 12 minute walk to the City Centre is my only complaint but that wouldn't keep me from renting this property again. I will book here again.

Nos ha encantado, si algun dia volvemos a aveiro volveremos a buscar este apartamento. Esta en el mismisimo centro, tiene dos entradas en diferentes calles. Es super luminoso!

Habia una toalla manchada, como si la hubieran pisado. No habia pastillas para el lavavajillas. Y en la ducha como la mampara es solo un trocito, por donde entras se sale el agua..
