Nawesa Resort

The location is great, nice view from the room. We were there almost by ourselves which was a nice bonus. It's a cute place. The staff were nice and happy to help with anything

It felt like it was a work in progress, nothing felt very established and they were still figuring things out service wise. The bed was too hard, the shower didn't have enough pressure, and we got some sewerage smell on one of the days

Tivemos uma ótima experiência, o local é lindo e muito relaxante. Os responsáveis foram muito solícitos e simpáticos. Vimos tartarugas, nadamos na praia, fizemos caíque, tudo foi incrível e lindo. A cama era firme, o que me agrada.

A área do chuveiro poderia ser melhor, pois para agua no ralo. E acho que a atividade como caíque poderia ser grátis para hóspedes.

The staff and the whole experience- 100% amazing. It was glamping style and because I literally did whatever I wanted to do around the resort it felt like a holiday in my close relative’s place. It felt so comfortable and relaxed. I loved being able to swim in the sea or bathe at the stream anytime I wanted because they were just there. There were kayaks and snorkel gear that could be rented if you need them, and the owner is the most accommodating and helpful man ever.

Not that I don’t like them but what people may find challenging if they want to go on tours and does not rent a car will be the distance from town where the tours do not pick up. Restaurants and all other conveniences are also within Port Vila area so Nawesa resort can feel far and isolated if “peace and quiet” is not your thing. If they are though, then the resort is perfect.

Stunning location with so much potential but not fully utilised. Beautiful sheltered lagoon with nice snorkeling on the reefs and lovely for swimming . Close to local attractions- Blue Pools and Cascade waterfalls.The local staff ( Sabrina and Sev) were very nice friendly and lovely to deal with.

The container room which was a good design stank of mothballs! Had to ask for a cake of soap as they don’t usually supply??? Shower doesn’t drain properly and has little pressure. Had to wait for 10 minutes minimum to use shower as it took so long to drain. No tea or coffee facilities in morning until 8.30 when staff started. ( no facilities in rooms for making tea or coffee) No fridge in room. Had use of fridge in cafe but it wasn’t working properly. The Dogs ! - 9 of them roaming freely, constantly barking and running toward you. Barking at night, making it difficult to sleep. Dogs hovering around whilst eating Owners wife arguing loudly angrily speaking after midnight in an adjoining cabin. Need to get their act together, get things working, get a consultant in to advise the owners on how to operate!
