The mattress and pillows are so comfortable. Just love it.
Would be nice to have an iron/iron board available for guests. I couldn't iron my clothes to the conference.

NI-VAN staff are excellent friendly & keep the rooms clean & tidy.
Chinese owners cant even afford to keep the free coffee/cupachino reserves topped up & they have kept the once open outdoor cooking area for guest - to themsleves your not alowed in there China only. They do building & renovations during the day to make the casino bigger which if you want to relax - you really cant. The Chinese ownership seems sterile & Ni-Van staff has to ask them for anything & there a cameras all around the property.
