Nice apartment in the mangrove heart. Good location and comfortable.

We booked it last minute as we had to stay one night in Abu Dhabi. The apartment is in a nice location with nice view to the mangrove. The area is very chilled out. We liked it very much. The apartment has everything you might need. The host was readily available to solve any issues and always tried his best to satisfy our wishes.

Would come back and stay longer next time

Once we were let through reception, it was easy to locate the lock box and retriever the key. Although password given was wrong. Easy to enter the apartment with the key and everything was easy to locate and find. The apartment is very cozy and nice. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook up a full meal. Lovely setting and very clean. Bedding smelled fresh and clean and was very comfortable. We also used to sofa bed, which was easy to set up and use. Tv had netflix/Amazon etc hat you could sign into to use. We also ordered delivery of food for the night and all delivery services know the apartment building and we had no issues managing anything. Lots of cute breakfast places near the building. We only stayed one night due to an early morning competition my daughter had to attend. We did not use the facilities in the building. However, would definitely come and stay longer in the future.

We arrived later than check in (check in at 3pm we arrived around 5pm). The reception did not have our booking and could not locate the email from the owner. We tried calling the owner a few times but did not succeed. I managed to finally be in touch with him and he quickly sent everything to reception. No big deal but approx a 45 min delay due to the miscommunication. Another issue might be that you need to park car temporarily. There is no road side parking and you have to go into the main parking area and speak to the guard to assign you a temp spot till you can retrieve the parking fob from the apartment. This obviously took us a long time due to the check in issues. The apartment was very cold, we tried to change the temperature on the thermostats but it would not change. Very thin curtains so rooms dont get dark at night.

Dobra restauracja z tradycyjnym jedzeniem i sushi, na dole w budynku.

Obiekt nie przygotował pościeli dla 2 dzieci. Musieliśmy sami pościelić łóżko i szukać prześcieradeł które były mokre na suszarce na balkonie. Ogólnie budynek w którym mieści się mieszkanie nie należy do najnowszych i najbardziej zadbanych. Dostaliśmy 3 ręczniki na 4 osoby, Brak karty na basen która znalazła się za szafka. Garnki nie nadają się do używania stare zarysowany teflon brak patelni. Kontakt z dwoma panami jednocześnie którzy się nie komunikują ze soba. Obiekt nie dostarczył śniadania w drugi dzień przez co musieliśmy przesunąć nasze zwiedzanie muzeum. W pierwszym dniu śniadanie to Mcdonalds 2 porcje jajecznicy na 4 osoby. Ogólnie słabe wrażenie. Nie polecam.
