New, clean , fully equipment, easy contact , comfy beds , extra bed sheets and blankets ,nice view , speed wifi, everything is perfect

The worst thing ever was access card for the left is not given which is the same for the pool and gym also The problem is every time i wait for the security to help me go up into the left even i came from the parking i should stand in the third floor and call him to help me access up into the left which is super annoying for me and for my family also not good for other users in the same left to wait with me which made me go out everytime and call the security then wait again for the left ! On the pool the guard were asking me everyday for the access card everyday although he saw me lots of days and knows that i don’t have it , for the first day it’s fine to ask and take details but next days he should knows when i said the unit number again because now he saw us before Some days we come back late night me and my husband and we are going up from the basement to our floor but sure we stopped in the 3rd floor reception desk to ask security help and give access ! The most horrible thing is that sometimes security asked me to sign my name and flat number when i came back not only at the check in but sometimes at the middle if the day he asked me to sign like the delievery man !
