Not a great experience

The apartment was large with large terrace, beds were comfortable and bedding and towels clean.

The apartment was very basic and furnishings in need of updating. The state of the kitchen was very poor with very minimal dirty equipment. We did not even want to make a cup of tea on the kitchen.

Budget friendly but bad

This budget-friendly hotel was conveniently located near my desired attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for a family of five.

Wasn't even offered the complimentary water bottle. Host was unreachable/unavailable. The photos on booking does not indicate the number of bathrooms, it had only 1.

Great Value, Spacious Apartment in Abu Dhabi

Spacious apartment -- 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two double beds. We didn't expect so much room! Cooking was simple in the large kitchen, drying clothing outside on the private terrace was perfect, We had access to Netflix which was appreciated! Parking in the neighborhood was very easy (the host needed our license plate number to register the car). We stayed 2 nights with no trouble finding a parking spot. Other reviews complained about the apartment being difficult to find, but we had a google map pin and some photos of the building so we could identify the correct one. It's a nice family neighborhood and we appreciated seeing kids playing in the streets in the evenings. We would stay again!

The unit is a bit run down and could use some updates (new carpet, fresh paint job, new linens) -- and the WiFi was slow, I used my hotspot for working. But for the price point we were happy with our stay!

Terrible check-in experience, rooms were decent

Good 2 bhk with big rooms and calm, quiet neighbourhood.

Property was not available on the agreed time. The host went unresponsive the moment I reached the airport. Prior to that they were responsive. And when we reached the apartment, no instructions how to check in, no one contacted. We were left stranded in the hot humid climate. Which is totally unacceptable. After almost 2 hours they told us they had miscommunication and the apt they agreed was already occupied and gave us another apt which was not clean. The cleaner tried his best to clean it in 1-2 hours when we were waiting inside. For the amount we pay, this is totally unacceptable and especially when someone is travelling straight from the airport. So really disappointed.

Logement spacieux avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix, 2 salles de bain et 2 WC, un grand salon, lave linge, alimentation et snack ouvert tard la nuit au pied de l'immeuble, quartier des ambassades.

Nichts, sind bereits vorzeitig nach 2 Nächten ausgezogen. Das Appartment ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.

Fleckige Teppiche, Wohnzimmertisch zerbrochen, WC-Brille abgebrochen, in der Küche Schimmel und viele abgebrochene Schubladengriffe bzw. gar keine. Dreckig, ohne Worte

L'appartement est vraiment très spacieux, il y a tous les équipements nécessaires. Le séjour a été très agréable. Et l'hôte répond très vite, d'ailleurs il a enregistré notre voiture pour pouvoir stationner gratuitement, c'était très sympa.

Heerlijk ruim appartement en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.

Het is erg moeilijk te vinden. Een aanduiding op het gebouw of aan de weg zou beter zijn. Hoeslaken om het matras ipv los laken zou plezierig zijn.

Apartament mare,bine compartimentat. Camera din stanga este mai luxoasa decat camera din dreapta. Locatia este linistita,zona ambasadelor.

Initial,proprietarul ne-a cerut garantie 200AED. Am venit cu argumente si a renuntat.
