Nice, big, modern and comfortable apartment. Check in and check out were smooth. Kitchen is well equipped, including even such a small item as foil. Location is 5 min walk from the beach, good supermarket is in the courtyard. The owner was in touch by WhatsApp whenever we needed. Clean enough except some small things that I mentioned below. Definitely recommended!
There was a problem with water discharge in both bathrooms in shower-cabin, but we found and used a cleaner for water pipes and solved this problem ourselves. Sometimes, not often, we met cockroaches in the kitchen. Some disruptions with wi-fi in main bedroom

The apartment is modern and spacious with amazing views of the marina walk, beach and Dubai eye. It is also well maintained and clean. The team is very responsive and professional. And the location is literally 5 min walk to JBR beach and 10 min walk to Marina walk.
No things to complain about property itself.
However the JBR itself is crazy when it comes to traffic. Take into account it can take about 20 min just to get out of the building carpark because of the traffic.

Spent the week with family. We had a very comfortable stay.
Beautifully stylish spacious apartment.
Right on the marina with plenty of restaurants.
Supermarket right outside apartment block for
any essentials.
Great communication with the owner who checked in on us to ensure all good.
Owner left generous thoughtful supplies for our 7 year old granddaughter.
Would like to return in future.
