Beyond the absolute cleanliness, the apartment is fully equipped and impeccably furnished, perfectly suitable even for a demanding family. The location is exceptional – very close to the beach and approximately a 12-minute walk to the DMCC metro station; those familiar with Dubai know what a great advantage it is to be close to the metro when you want to explore the entire city, not just Marina and JBR. Le propriétaire de l'appartement était présent à 1h30 du matin pour la remise des clés. Très sympathique. L'appartement était très agréable, propre, spacieux, très bien équipé. De surcroit, très bien placé, proche de la plage et proche d'un petit super marché Carrefour ouvert 24/24-7j/7. Quartier très calme.
Dommage du bruit à cause des travaux devant l'immeuble et dans l'appartement au-dessus, mais finalement pas très gênants.
