Really nice spacious rooms. Definitely worth the price. Host picked up calls quickly and resolved all problems. I didn't take advantage of it but there were cycles available. Mini-fridges available (with a mini freezer section).

Water wasn't working early morning, but this wasn't their fault. For those travelling in larger vehicles, the road of the house is quite difficult to get into, but once you make it past the gates there's plenty of space.

The place is amazing. Really beautiful and also the owner and her daughter were really helpfull. 5min from de beach. Thank you for everything.

Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen. Sie liegt ein bisschen abseits der Hauptstrasse, was super ist, da es echt schön ruhig ist. Sehr herzliche Familie, unkomplizierter Umgang und sehr hilfsbereit. Man kann seine Wäsche waschen lassen welche noch am selben Tag fertig ist, wenn man sie am Morgen abgiebt. Unterkunft ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Gemeinschaftsküche, eigenen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Ruhiger Balkon für sich selbst. Bald auch ein seperater Eingang für Gäste. Würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen wenn es uns nochmals nach Mirissa verschlägt.

Das Bett und die Kopfkissen waren ein bisschen Hart für meinen Geschmack, habe aber trozdem super geschlafen.

A wonderful guesthouse in an excellent location — just a five-minute walk to the turtle beach and Coconut Tree Hill. At the same time, it is slightly set back from the road, so the surroundings are calm and quiet. All rooms are located on the second floor and feature a fresh renovation, brand-new furniture, and a powerful air conditioner, which clearly sets this place apart from many other options in Mirissa. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a balcony. In the mornings, you can watch monkeys jumping through the trees. An additional plus is the shared kitchen on the floor, fully equipped for cooking. An excellent choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay — a place you truly want to return to.

You need to book a room in advance, as it is in high demand and many people come to this hotel to relax for a week or more.
