    Great View of Mirissa Beach from Top Floor. Rooms & Bathroom are very spacious and neat & clean. Staffs are very good. Food is of great taste. Even they have packed breakfast for our early morning flight.

    The ocean view is only from terrace or maybe 3rd floor and new properties in front, it's a good view from top , staff is friendly and accomodate request, good food all meals

    Very basic rooms and bad restaurant service. Over priced for such rooms. Had to stay there because the area was booked- don’t book this even if you get it dead cheap
