The location of the property was perfect, minutes on foot to the coast, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and two supermarkets. The building is charming and incredibly clean. Prior online check-in and payment was super convenient having landed late at night in Naples. The room had everything you’d need- toiletries, hair dryer, balcony, coffee amenities, tv and very comfortable bed. Customer service 100% rated, replying immediately to queries via Whatsapp. Would stay here again surely.
Nothing to comment. Just advice.. Room door was slightly hard to open having to input the code multiple times and sort of forcing our way in. But problem was solved when a physical key was provided so if anyone faces this just ask reception for a key so not to break the door 😂 Other than that nothing was wrong with the property! Loved it.

La habitación muy cómoda, bien decorada y limpia. Buena ubicación.
Personal inexistente. Solo se comunican por mensajes. Tuve una pérdida de maleta en un taxi y gracias a Dios pude recuperarla, pero no fue por su ayuda… La hora de salida de la habitación me parece excesivamente temprana -10,30- y para dejar las maletas en recepción me solicitaron 10 euros, algo que no me ha sucedido jamás. Ni en los alojamientos más sencillos ni en los más lujosos…
