Soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista! La posizione è davvero eccezionale: a due passi da Piazza del Plebiscito e comodissima per visitare il centro città a piedi. Anche la metro è molto vicina, quindi spostarsi è semplice e veloce. Ma la vera differenza l’ha fatta l’accoglienza. La proprietaria Anna è stata straordinaria fin dal nostro arrivo: ci ha contattati mentre eravamo ancora in aeroporto e ha persino parlato direttamente con il tassista per assicurarsi che ci lasciasse il più vicino possibile alla struttura. Quando siamo arrivati ci ha accolti personalmente, aiutandoci con le valigie e facendoci sentire subito a casa. Durante tutto il soggiorno è stata sempre gentilissima, disponibile e premurosa, sia con noi che con le nostre bambine. Ci ha fatto sapere che potevamo contattarla in qualsiasi momento per qualsiasi necessità e, come ulteriore gesto di attenzione, ci ha persino offerto una pulizia gratuita della camera a metà soggiorno, cosa non prevista nella prenotazione. Una persona davvero rara, che ama il proprio lavoro e si prende cura dei suoi ospiti con il cuore. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!
