Property in fantastic location, Appartment clean.
Due to warm weather Appartment really hot, no air circulation and very stuffy. Floor to celling windows have no openings due to being on fourth floor, windows don’t have blinds that cover the whole window, so if you looking to change when it’s dark outside, and appartment lights are on, full view for the public looking in. Portable fan and cooling unit provided not doing much. Mattress you could feel the springs. Uncomfortable sleep.

Apartment, view is amazing. Owner very helpful, replies quickly Facilities in apartment very good Very central position. Near the Grand theatre and restaurants/pubs/takeaways. Good value .
Bed wooden strut already broken and collapsed when sat on corner. The building lift was out of service, so lots of steps to climb. Difficult with mobility problems.

This is a perfect place to stay for the centre of town close to places to eat, supermarkets and Opera North. Warm, comfortable and clean central Leeds ticks all the boxes. Oh and the view is very nice too.

Location
Too hot. No air in the room. Huge windows like a greenhouse. Couldn’t sleep. It was very dirty under the bed. It was a long walk to get to the apartment with heavy luggage
