Modern 1 bed Apartment in Central Leeds

The property was clean and tidy and had all the amenities you would need

This was in a good location, really close to the city centre and everything was in walking distance. The apartment have everything we needed for a two night stay to explore the city. The WiFi was good and the bathroom was clean

Great location, great price and really clean. Mo was on hand for anything you could need and the place has all the amenities you could want

Shame you can’t open the windows but there’s nothing Mo can do about that. There is plenty of light I just prefer there to be a little fresh air

Location is fab for city centre, place was big and spacious. The video we got before check in about how to find it and where everything is was very helpful.. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, including tea, coffee, washing machine and dishwasher tablets.

When we opened the door it was like walking into an oven, it was hot outside and there are NO opening windows or air conditioning in the apartment, it was so hot, like the heating was on full or something, we were provided with 2 fans which were not really much help but did allow us to sleep at least. The fridge and freezer were all iced up and didn't really keep the fridge cold at all. We were left 2 towels for 3 people, the shower pole was hanging off the wall, the silicone in the shower needs replacing as it's black and the wood Infront of the shower is rotten and crumbling,the coffee table is very shakey and wobbly and the side of the sofa kept falling off ( it's one that kind of slots on but fell off when touched) , most of these things had been left on a review before we booked and have obviously not been addressed. The whole building looks well worn and the building needs a cleaner, the key boxes are all labelled with black Sharpie written on a wall, it does not give off professional landlord vibe unfortunately. Lucky for us we spent most of our time out of the apartment
