Perfect location! Within in walking distance of Historical Downtown Savannah, but has that peaceful costal vibe with views of the River Port and steps from the river walk. The home it's self is stunning. Very well designed and the elevator made loading and unloading luggage a breeze.
Would suggest adding a door for the loft bedroom or adding some acoustical wall treatment. The sound travels from the lower floors. Also, consider changing out the green & red wall paper and green paint in the loft bedroom for more calm costal neutral colors. Red and bright green tend to give off electric excited energy.
