Modern house with great amenities. Short walk from the centre of the town.

A beautiful, spacious property in a quiet location. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It had a great layout with lovely bedrooms. The wardrobe space was fantastic with ample hangers and drawer space. The kitchen is well equipped with beautiful comfortable and relaxing lounge/diner.

There was no keys available to open the patio doors to the garden. We tried to contact the hosts on several occasions with the promise of this being recited. However, I am still waiting on feedback. The step to the front door is too high, needs lower or an additional step. This wasn't only difficult for an 80 year old but for a 14 year old. The smart TV is not accessible and the signal for the TV is intermittent. The DVD player is not fit for purpose. It is not compatible with the TV.

Nice position in Crail. Off road parking. Spacious, clean property, very quiet. Good facilities, kitchen well stocked with equipment you might need, although an Air fryer might have been an economic and useful addition. Good communication from the property agents.

Heating was a bit poor and sometimes it was quite cold. More information on recycling and when to put out bins would have been useful. I had to look all of that up myself on the council website.
