The Cosmo Outstand NYC - Private Room near Times Square

Nice and clean, especially like the bed. Location was very good! Really close to the Gershwin theater & Times square

Great location, easy walking distance to times square, with a great deli at the corner. The room was comfortable and had a very convenient coffee machine with a variety of coffees to choose from

Drawers were not clean, but we did not use the drawers, and the shared bathroom with the shower had a funny lock, that you needed to double check to make sure it locked the door as it would usually not lock until you gave the button 2 or 3 goes.

Loved the location and the secure building. I felt very safe. The bed was very comfy with nice quality linens and it was very clean.

From the posting on booking I assumed there was a private bathroom rather than a shared one. If the ad had been cleared about that point I most likely would have booked another property.

* ペンステーションへのアクセスが良く、ニューアークリバティ国際空港やJFK空港を利用する人には便利な立地。マンハッタン内での移動もしやすい。 * 建物自体は古いですが、内装はリノベーションされていてきれい。 * エアコンとオイルヒーターが設置されており、室温管理には困らない。 * Booking.comで予約後にいくつか質問をしましたが、返信は早かった。

・Booking.com掲載時の住所と実際の宿泊場所が異なっていました。予約後に個別メッセージで別住所が案内された。 * 施設内に4つの部屋があるが、私は半地下の部屋に案内され、閉塞感が強かった。どんよりとした雰囲気でとてもテンションが下がった。 * 窓が一応あるが日光は入らない。窓の外を見るとゴミが溜まっており、食べかけのリンゴや空き缶などがあり、窓を開ける気にならない。 * 部屋に蚊とハエがいた。 * 大きなスーツケースを鉄製の螺旋階段で運ばなければならず大変だった。 * シャワーが4部屋で1つしかなく、好きなタイミングで利用しづらかった。 * シャワー室の床がぬるぬるしていた。 * トイレットペーパーがなくなり、ストックも用意されていなかった。 * 共用ドライヤーが故障しており、使えない状態だった。管理人に伝えたところトイレットペーパーは補充されたが、ドライヤーは交換されなかった。 * タオル料金を別で取っているにもかかわらず、バスタオル1枚のみでフェイスタオルはなかった。 * 価格を考えると、設備や快適性は見合っていないと感じた。
