Was sent the wrong key code. No big deal tho, we somehow managed to guess it!
My main issue was that the staircase didn’t have a handrail and there is no downstairs toilet so we had a nightmare getting my dad to the loo with his poor mobility. I wouldn’t have booked there had I known. Guess I should have asked first, but I’ll know for next time!

We stayed here with family for a couple of nights. The location is very good, especially for visiting the surrounding areas -we went to York and Leeds. The Xscape leisure centre is also nearby, and major supermarkets are very close as well.
The host was very clear in his communication. We didn’t need anything during our stay, but we had a number provided during check-in to call if required.
Google Maps initially pointed to a slightly different location; however, it was easy to find in the end. The temperature was a bit cold on the first day, but it was easily adjustable.

Excellent venue with plenty of room and clearly invested in the refurbishment.
Parking is limited, however there was space to park a car.
