Fire up the grill for outdoor dining or retreat inside to a fully stocked kitchen, coffee and waffle bar. An EV charger is also available for electric cars. Just minutes from downtown, restaurants, and scenic spots!

Bedroom 3: Lower level. One Queen bed and two Twin Futons that can be pulled together to make a Queen bed.

Full Bathroom 1: Main level. Standup shower.

Full Bathroom 2: Finished basement. Standup shower.

Half bath is located on the main level.

All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryers are also available.

Beach towels are also included during your stay.

Smart TV`s, white noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom.

All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services!

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and dishes. The dining area seats eight, with three additional seats at the kitchen island and extra seating at the outdoor dining area.

Starter supply of paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper are provided!

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A drip coffee maker and Keurig are available, and we provide a starter set of ground coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, and stevia. You can also enjoy our waffle bar, with one box of waffle mix, maple syrup, and chocolate syrup provided by us for a delicious breakfast!

Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

Guests have access to the entire home (other than locked closet), garage and outdoor spaces.

We are available for guests if needed via messaging, a phone number to reach us during the day and after hours is provided after booking confirmation. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

The home is located on a quiet street with very little traffic, other than that of residents on the road. Please be respectful during your stay, as many of the neighbors live year-round, and have lived on this area for decades.

The driveway can accommodate up to four vehicles. One parking space is available in the garage. No street parking is available on the road.

The grill is located under the covered porch and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. A charcoal grill is also available, and you’re welcome to bring your own charcoal. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

- Please clean the grills after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grills, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using exterior spaces. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door, front deck facing the river, front yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.

- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
