🚭 No Smoking Indoors — $2,500 fine + costs for odor removal.
💧 Pool Care: Keep the pool clean — $1,500 fine if violated.
🗑️ Trash & Recycling: Please use proper bins — $1,000 cleaning fee if ignored.
🎉 No Parties or Events: $150 fine; guests may be asked to vacate without refund.
🐾 No Pets Allowed: $1,500 fine + extra cleaning fees.
🧳 Late Check-out Fee: $150 (after 10:00 AM without prior approval).
