We're just 15 minutes from Sundance Resort, 10 minutes from Deer Creek Reservoir, and steps from a scenic walking path to the Provo River. This cozy modern retreat features 2 bedrooms + a loft/game room with two convertible couch beds, perfect for families, remote workers, or small groups. Whether you’re here to ski, fish, hike, or just relax — you’ve found the perfect place.
The Space:
• 2 private bedrooms
• Loft/game room with 1 futon and 2 twin beds (trundle bed)
• 2 full bathrooms
• Spacious 2-story great room with soaring ceilings
• Fully equipped kitchen and dining area
• Cozy wood-burning fireplace
• 3 Smart TV's throughout the home
• Peaceful private yard with BBQ grill
• Fast WiFi
• Fun extras included (i.e. a sled, snow shoes, and bikes)
• Experience stunning, star-filled nights in a protected Dark Sky Zone
• Located about a mile off the main road, fully paved drive to the home
Guests love the quiet vibe, mountain views, and flexible loft space — ideal for both kids and adults.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the entire home, garage, yard, and loft space. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival easy and secure. Parking is free and can accommodate up to 3 vehicles (1 in garage, 2 in driveway)

Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in southern Heber Valley. Safe, peaceful, and surrounded by natural beauty.

• Nestled just south of the reservoir and by Provo River
Getting Around:
Most guests drive, but once you’re here, you’ll love walking:
• Direct walking path to Provo River for fly fishing or quiet strolls
• Easy bike access to nearby trails
• 15–20 minute scenic drive to most destinations in the area
• The roads get paved quickly, but we do recommend 4x4 or AWD when staying in the winter
Other Things to Note:
• Professionally cleaned after every stay
• High-speed WiFi ideal for remote work or streaming
• Wood-burning fireplace is simple and cozy
• No pets allowed
• HOA requires multi-night stays
• This is a designated "Dark Sky" zone (enjoy breathtaking views of the night sky)
