About this cabin rental
This 3000 sq. ft. cabin was completely remodeled 6 years ago! Ten mins up Provo Canyon. A 5 min. walk to Provo River Bike/Walking Trail, playground, river floating/kayaking, stocked trout fishing pond, Heber Creeper stopover, hiking, and much more. Sundance Resort-a few minutes' drive; as is Provo, BYU & UVU-- less than 15 mins. away! Enjoy the tranquil South Fork Stream in the backyard. Immediately located at the mouth of South Fork Canyon for more biking, hiking, parks and streams available.
The space
New kitchen, bathroom, flooring and bedding! Tranquil South Fork Stream in the backyard and covered sitting area. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, appliances and everything needed for cooking family meals. Washer and dryer. Cozy wood burning fireplace and front porch with swing, lights and beautiful views of pine covered mountains. Cool basement with plenty of room for kids to play!
Guest access
Guests will have access to entire house which includes 4 bedrooms/1 bath upstairs. Living Room, bathroom, den, laundry room and kitchen on main floor. All of basement except utility room and storage room.
Other things to note
Vivian Park where the cabin is located is an State Environmentally Protected Area. There is no dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook meals but many guests prefer to bring paper goods. Diapers, wipes, feminine products are not permitted in the toilets. Vivian Park is a subdivision begun in the 1940's. It is a tight knit community where neighbors watch out for each other. You will have neighbors so please comply with the noise curfew between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. We have Roku TV

We loved this cabin because of his location, but also because it felt like home!
The only tiny hiccup was the fact that the only TV is located in the basement. We had invited friends over to watch LDS General conference, & that made it difficult, as not very many people can fit in the basement... Normally, I would love that, because I don't like TV, but just two weekends out of the year I like to be able to tune in..
Great decor and fully stocked kitchen. Nice back yard and front porch.
