The accommodation
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, on a wooded plot of 1000 m², with shared swimming pool, this modern house offers you all the necessary comfort for a peaceful and friendly stay.

Living space
You will enjoy a large bright living space, combining a welcoming living room, a warm dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen with central island. An adjoining pantry is also at your disposal to store your personal belongings or provisions.

Rooms
The house has two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with storage:

The first bedroom has two 90 cm beds that can be joined together to form a large double bed.

The second is furnished with a 160 cm double bed.

The bedding is of excellent quality.

Powder room
A modern bathroom with a large shower guarantees you a functional and pleasant space.
The toilet is separate.

Outdoors
Two terraces, fitted out according to the day's sunshine, will allow you to take full advantage of the outdoors:

One is equipped with a dining table, perfect for alfresco dining, and an electric plancha.

The other offers garden furniture for your moments of relaxation.

Shared pool:
At the owners of the neighboring house, the swimming pool is available to travelers from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, please respect these times for the peace of all! Unheated and open from May to September (depending on the weather).

Traveler access
Arrival is complete self-guided thanks to our secure key box. Once in the cul-de-sac, the house is the first new construction on the left. Access is via the large gate, offering travellers a private entrance on the same level.
Other remarks
Pool access:
The swimming pool is 30 meters away and is fully secured by a fence: take the tarmac path that is located in front of the entrance of the house (you will see an orange dinosaur statue, turn left and go up a few meters, go through the gate (it remains open), you will find the swimming pool accessible from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
Please make sure to close the gate systematically.
Children remain your sole responsibility.

Please note: the land is not fully fenced. The path leading to the house can be used occasionally by a neighbour, but this does not cause any inconvenience.

In addition, a traveller told us that access to the downtown on foot can be a little less convenient, as there is no dedicated pedestrian lane on part of the route. It is therefore recommended to remain vigilant, especially if you are accompanied by young children.

Christmas decorations are not included in your booking.
