The building was originally used as a traditional apartment building. Since around 2012, vacation rentals have also been operated there. Currently, the property comprises four permanently rented residential units and two vacation apartments.

This cozy attic apartment on the third floor offers approximately 40 m² of space for two people and is located right next to the beach, just about a minute’s walk away. It features a living room with an adjoining balcony overlooking the adjacent spa park, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small hallway.
The apartment is simply yet tastefully furnished and exudes the charm of a classic Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for guests seeking peace and quiet who value a central location and short distances. The kitchen is functionally equipped and offers everything needed for daily use.
Thanks to its location right next to the spa park, guests can enjoy both the proximity to nature and the sea. Pets are not allowed. A parking space is located directly in front of the house.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
