Apartment 5 is a one-room vacation apartment on the first floor and has 28 m² of living space. The apartment is laid out as follows:
Kitchen/living room of approx. 22 m²—double sofa bed (1.80 x 2.00), wardrobe, seating area for 2 people. Built-in kitchen with ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, radio, flat-screen TV. Hallway 3 m² and shower room/toilet 4 m².
Dogs are allowed only in apartments 1–3 and 5–10.

Built around 1910 and completely renovated in 2000, Villa Rügen is conveniently located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz; the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just a 3-minute walk away. Since summer 2009, the half-timbered house Anna (on the same property), located directly next to the Binz spa park following extensive renovation, has been available for booking.
The vacation apartments offer a beautiful view of the old Granitz beech forest or the spa park. You can reach Granitz and the spa park in 1 minute on foot. The fine-sand beach of Binz Bay or the town center is a 3-minute walk away. Schmachter Lake or the pier is a 4-minute walk away.
Villa Rügen offers a choice of 9 vacation apartments.
