Bordered by a private 1000 m² pond, it's a privileged spot for fishing, relaxation, and enjoying the fresh air. The single-story cottage comprises a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge, two comfortable bedrooms, and a modern bathroom. Its terrace overlooks the pond, perfect for a meal or a moment of tranquility. Here, peace and quiet reign supreme: no neighbors overlooking the property, only nature and birdsong. Pets are welcome, provided they respect the surrounding flora and fauna. Nearby, you can hike in the forest or visit Charleville-Mézières and Sedan.
