Cocoonr offers this charming 114 m² house in Grandrieux to rent for up to 7 people. It has a lovely 21 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 150 m². Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- 21 m² living room with TV, sofa and fireplace
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Bedroom 4: with a single bed
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful south-facing 150 m² garden and terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Grandrieux, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, cafés and restaurants are close by.

What to do :
- Visit the fortified church of Saint-Nicolas, a listed historic monument.
- Discover Parfondeval, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
- Follow the "La Pigasse" trail through washhouses, hedged farmland and rural landscapes.
- Join the Val de Serre hiking trail, 16 km between Montcornet and Résigny, on foot or by bike.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park a vehicle in the garage adjoining the accommodation. You can also park in front of the garage.

As regards other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train stations: Hirson and Rethel, about 30 minutes by car
- Nearest airports: Charleroi about 1h30 by car, Beauvais about 2h30 by car.

- Pets are allowed in the accommodation, for a supplement of €5 per pet per day (maximum two pets allowed).
