This beautiful, approximately 80-square-meter vacation apartment—which underwent a complete renovation in 2025—features two bedrooms, each sleeping two people, 1 living room with a cozy sofa area, TV, and Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower, can accommodate up to 4 adults and a maximum of 1 child up to 3 years old. The washing machine in the kitchen is equipped with a coin-operated dispenser. A travel crib and a high chair are available for younger guests. The large bedroom features a box-spring bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m; in the small bedroom, the bed can be used as a single bed-or extended to serve as a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m.
A linens package, consisting of bed linens, a face towel, and a bath towel, is included.
A maximum of two dogs may be accommodated for an additional fee.
The new, soundproof windows equipped with thermal pleated blinds ensure peace and quiet and provide sun protection.

Both apartments offer comfort and an ideal base for exploring the area.
A maximum of 2 dogs may be accommodated for an additional fee, but only in the 80-square-meter vacation apartment! Pets are not allowed in the 50-square-meter apartment!
Bedding and towels are included.
Free parking spaces are available directly on the property; each apartment has its own bike shed with charging stations for e-bikes.
A public electric vehicle charging station is located across the street at the car dealership.
Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
