Welcome to our dog-friendly, single-story, and lovingly furnished vacation rental in Leer, East Frisia, designed to be accessible for people with disabilities!
In this spacious, white 120 qm² bungalow, you’ll find a place to feel at home, relax, and enjoy yourself. Three cozy bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds ensure restful nights. The beds can be separated or arranged as double beds as needed, giving you maximum flexibility.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances, a large refrigerator, and a bread machine leaves nothing to be desired. Here, you can cook together, enjoy your meals, and feel right at home.
Dog owners in particular will love the location: Right across from the house is a large meadow where your four-legged friends can play and run around to their heart’s content.
The quiet yet central location on the outskirts of Leer in the Logaerfeld district offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Far away from power lines and wind turbines, you can enjoy the natural tranquility of East Frisia. At the same time, you can reach shopping areas, the train station, and the hospital in just a few minutes.
Two sheltered patios with patio furniture, sun loungers, and a grill invite you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Whether it’s a cozy breakfast under the awning, sunbathing, or a convivial barbecue evening under the canopy—here you can let your mind wander.
Nature lovers and active vacationers will also find plenty to enjoy: The East Frisia Hiking Trail begins just 900 meters from the house and winds through the beautiful fen landscape, forests, and picturesque villages. Bicycle maps and up-to-date event recommendations are available for you.
The spacious bathroom features a corner bathtub, a comfortable walk-in shower (90 x 120 cm), two sinks, and a toilet. There is also a separate guest restroom available. The entire bungalow is wheelchair-accessible; the doors are 82 cm wide, and all rooms are easily accessible at ground level.
Underfloor heating throughout the house, electric exterior blinds in every room, as well as three TVs, a game console, board games, and high-speed Wi-Fi provide additional comfort.
Several parking spaces are available in front of the house. Your bicycles or e-bikes can be safely stored in the garage, where they can also be charged. Upon request, we also offer a pick-up service.

This spacious apartment, approximately 120 m², offers plenty of room and comfort for a relaxing stay. It features a well-maintained garden and two cozy terraces that invite you to unwind.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, bread slicer, toaster, stove, and TV. A dining table with four chairs is perfect for sharing meals and spending time together.
The living room features a variety of seating options, a table with 6 chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. A game console is also available.
Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with two single box-spring beds (90 x 200), which can be pushed together if needed (hotel-style beds). One of the bedrooms also has a small TV.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a corner bathtub, a double sink, and a toilet. There is also a separate guest restroom.
This is a well-maintained, non-smoking apartment; however, smoking is permitted on the terraces. The apartment was recently renovated in 2024.
