About this apartment rental
We would like to offer you our beautiful vacation rental in Leer, East Frisia, in the Bingum neighborhood—the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet recreational area.
It was completely renovated and freshly redecorated in 2022.
A parking space in front of the house is, of course, available.
A maximum of two medium-sized dogs are allowed. Additional cost: 5 euros per pet per night.
Since January 2025, there has been a 24-hour supermarket in Bingum.
In addition, there is a strict no-smoking policy in the vacation rental. Outside the apartment, smoking is permitted on our balcony, provided that the door and windows are closed.
Due to negative experiences in the past, please note that if these house rules are not followed, we will be forced to charge you for cleaning the apartment!
Noa Vacation Rental:
The apartment is approximately 85 square meters in size, filled with natural light, and features a balcony, a garden, and a terrace. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), and the second bedroom has two single beds. Additionally, one of the beds can be pulled out. A travel crib is also available.
The open-concept kitchen is modern and well-equipped.
The living and dining room offers plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, as well as board games and books.
The modern bathroom features a shower, a double sink, a washing machine, and a toilet.
This is a well-maintained, non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
