This romantic old farmhouse is situated at an elevation of 1,100 meters in the Nöring Valley, between Rennweg and Gmünd, and between the “Hohe Tauern” and ‘Nockberge’ nature parks, which can be seen from the surrounding balcony, offering a magnificent panoramic view.
The beautiful garden features a large sun terrace by a small stream, with plenty of seating and lounging areas that invite you to linger; those who are thirsty can quench their thirst at the drinking fountain in front of the house.

The 120-square-meter vacation apartment features a spacious living room with several seating areas, a tiled stove, a smart TV, hiking maps, and books.
Integrated into the living room is a large kitchen with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, and an oven. All other standard kitchen amenities are available.

The very spacious Bedroom I has a large double bed.
Bedroom II has two large single beds and a children’s bunk bed (for children up to 10 years old). A crib, changing table, high chair, and toys are also available.
Bedroom III is part of an adjoining apartment, which is connected to the main apartment via a small staircase. It has its own bathroom, a kitchenette, and a TV.

In the living room, one adult or one child can sleep behind the tiled stove.

The entire apartment can be heated with the tiled stove. Firewood for this is included in the price. In addition, all rooms have electric heating.
A 16,000-line Internet connection is available via Wi-Fi.
In addition, there is a large bed in the living room behind the fireplace, which is popular with adults but especially with children and teenagers.

The laundry room is located in the basement.

The nearby Brandstätter farm (just a five-minute walk away) offers
fresh products such as milk, eggs, cream cheese balls, and buttermilk—all
homemade. Please note that availability is limited.

Golf: There are several beautiful golf courses in the area that offer discounted green fees at each other’s courses. Lungau: approx. 20 km. Obermillstatt: approx. 20 km. Radstadt: approx. 60 km. Kleinkirchheim: approx. 60 km. Udine (Italy) and Bled (Slovenia) make for lovely day trips.

Skiing: There are no ski slopes right next to the house. The nearest ski areas are Innerkrems (approx. 17 km), where the Austrian national team also trains, and Katschberg (approx. 20 km). The ski bus runs several times a day from Gmünd via Eisentratten to both areas. Other ski resorts include Goldeck (near Gmünd, about 20 km away), Obertauern (about 50 km away), and Kleinkirchheim (about 50 km away).

Swimming, sailing, surfing, paddling: Carinthia’s lakes are the warmest in Europe, and the water in its rivers, streams, and lakes is certainly the cleanest. Gmünd Outdoor Pool (approx. 5 km), Lake Millstatt (approx. 10 km), Lake Weissensee (approx. 50 km), Lake Wörther (approx. 60 km).
