Welcome to Landhaus Laubendorf, 
on the sun-drenched terrace overlooking Lake Millstatt
On the sunny plateau by Lake Millstatt, this cozy and well-equipped wooden country house is situated directly on the golf course with a beautiful view of the mountains, 200 meters above sea level in Laubendorf, adjacent to the 2,000-meter-high mountains of the UNESCO Carinthian Nockberge Biosphere Reserve, with extensive hiking trails and popular alpine huts. The Via Paradiso hiking trail passes right by the property.

It is a smoke-free home, featuring a 1,200 m² garden, three sun terraces, and a gazebo. Dogs are also allowed by arrangement.

Included is the MIC (Millstätter See Inclusive Card), which provides access to numerous discounted or free admissions and activities in the region for both children and adults.

In the summer, Lake Millstatt offers a full range of water sports and recreational activities, while the surrounding area provides excellent opportunities for mountain hikes and bike tours. Mountain bikers will be in heaven!
In winter, the Goldeck ski area is accessible by gondola from Spittal (approx. 6 km). Katschberg and Bad Kleinkirchheim are about 30 minutes away.

The 18-hole Millstatt golf course is right on your doorstep. It offers a beautiful view and, with both flat and hilly sections, is challenging and very popular.
Electricity is billed based on consumption. The meter reading is recorded upon arrival and departure. Please note that hot water and heating are also generated or operated using electricity. The price per kWh is based on current rates in Austria and can be requested at the time of booking.



Landhaus Laubendorf:

With a total living area of 183 m² spread over three floors, the house features 3 separate bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 room with a double bed and 2 single beds), each with a large balcony facing east, south, and west. The living room (30 m²) features a tiled stove, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and includes a pantry. A door leads from the kitchen to the east-facing terrace. The dining table is located right next to the kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets, and an additional toilet on the first floor. In the basement, there is a recreation room (30 m²) with a ping-pong table, foosball, and other games. There are cool storage rooms and plenty of storage space. The Millstätter See Card (MIC Card), which offers many discounts, is included in the price.
There is also 1 garage, 1 covered parking space, and 2 additional parking spaces.
In addition to the tiled stove, the house is heated with electric radiators and additional fans.

The vacation home is well-equipped. If you bring your four-legged friend, we charge a fee of €10 per night.



On-site costs: • In both summer and winter, the country house offers all guests the Millstätter See Inclusive Card, which provides numerous free admissions and discounts. • In winter, we offer attractive ski passes for the Goldeck ski area or the Top-Ski Pass for all ski resorts in Carinthia and East Tyrol. • Pets are allowed in our vacation home upon request. If you bring your four-legged friend, we charge a fee of €10.00 per night. • Electricity rates—we charge 39 cents per kWh based on the meter reading—the price may vary depending on electricity price trends.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
