Very cozy vacation home right next to the ski slope for 8 people—walk to the slopes :)
Enjoy your vacation in our newly renovated, child- and dog-friendly, charming vacation home right next to the ski slope. You’ll have access to a large living-dining room with a cozy nook, a tiled stove, and an auxiliary stove; a fully equipped kitchen; 3 Swiss stone pine bedrooms, each with a large double bed; 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets, as well as a comfortable Swiss stone pine sauna.
There is a ski boot dryer in the storage room, and a ski rack is also available in front of the house. We offer free Wi-Fi and 2 satellite TV sets.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment (2 large compartments), an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a bread slicer, a kettle, and all the necessary dishes and kitchen utensils—we love to cook during our vacations.
Since we ourselves are a large family with 3 children and a dog, we use our vacation home ourselves during our vacations and have therefore furnished it to be very well-equipped and cozy. We also have a collection of fun games and books—so entertainment is guaranteed. The entire house can be heated very comfortably with electric heating, and the basement can be heated using the tiled stove and the auxiliary stove.

Enjoy the house’s special location—it’s on a dead-end street that’s absolutely quiet. You can walk or ski to the slopes or to the Nockalmbahn (3 minutes), which takes you directly to the St. Oswald ski area. You can ski all the way back to the house from the slopes. That’s something we and our kids especially love!
There’s plenty of space around the house to run around, build snowmen, have a fun snowball fight, or just lounge in the sun. You’re also welcome to use our sleds and bobsleds—our kids have a blast with them (and we adults enjoy riding them, too…).
Of course, you can drive right up to the house—two parking spaces are available. We provide all table linens, bed linens, and towels. Firewood for the tiled stove and the auxiliary stove is also included in the price. Since it’s very difficult for us to estimate electricity usage, we bill it by the kWh. We charge 300 € for the final cleaning.

You’ll have access to a large living-dining room with a cozy corner, a tiled stove, and an auxiliary stove; a fully equipped kitchen; 3 Swiss stone pine bedrooms, each with a large double bed; 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets, as well as a comfortable Swiss stone pine sauna. We offer free Wi-Fi, 2 satellite TV sets, as well as a radio and CD player.

A grill, lounge chairs, balls, and badminton rackets are available for your use. We have hiking maps for the Nockberge region in the house. Enjoy the house’s special location—it’s on a dead-end street that’s absolutely quiet. You can set out on a hike right from the house and reach the St. Oswalder circular hiking trail in 5 minutes. By car, you can reach the National Park Railway in 5 minutes—which is also open in the summer—and it takes you directly to Brunnach. From there, you have the opportunity to hike to several peaks!
Tip: The Bockhütte serves fresh buttermilk that tastes especially delicious!!
