Our cozy alpine cottage offers privacy and tranquility in every way. Surrounded by our beautiful natural landscape, our little paradise is the ideal place to relax and unwind, offering undisturbed freedom for guests of all ages. Our alpine cottage is located about 100 m from the Brunnach Biosphere Park Cable Car on a south-facing meadow in a romantic alpine hillside setting with a view of the entire town of St. Oswald.

We offer direct access to the house, a natural garden, and a small stream. 100-150 m² of living space, a lovingly furnished kitchen, a living room with satellite TV and a tiled stove, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, free Wi-Fi, and much more.
Campfires and roasted chestnuts in front of your own alpine cabin, mountain cabin charm in your own cozy, warm living room with hot cocoa for the little ones or mulled cider for the adults—let your mind wander and listen to the crackling of the tiled stove. Whether for young or old, our alpine lodge offers everything you need for an unforgettable hiking vacation in the Nockberge Mountains.

The Perfler Alpine Cottage in Bad Kleinkirchheim is a cozy vacation home that accommodates up to 9 people. 
Amenities:

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and a large wooden table—perfect for shared meals. 

• Living room: Cozy seating area with a sofa and satellite TV for relaxing evenings. 

• Bathrooms: Two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub; a washing machine is also available.

• Outdoor area: Patio and garden with barbecue facilities; ideal for relaxing outdoors.
Other features: Free Wi-Fi, ski storage, and parking spaces right next to the house.

Access: 6 km of paved road from Bad-Kleinkirchheim; parking available right next to the alpine cottage. Amenities: A very cozy, fully furnished, child-friendly alpine cottage, perfect for couples or groups of up to 9 people. Fresh from the tap: Our own spring water, large kitchen-dining area, open living room with wood-burning stove and satellite TV, washer and dryer, central heating, balcony, fenced-in garden with seating areas facing all directions. Our Rooms: 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/toilets, washer and dryer, central heating, balcony, fenced-in garden with seating areas facing all directions. What We Offer: Peace and quiet, and an unforgettable vacation at the Perfler Alpine Cottage! Our vacation home is a self-catering property and is located right in the heart of the beautiful Nockberge Mountains St.Oswald/Bad Kleinkirchheim. In the spring and late summer, our alpine lodge serves as a starting point for many hikes leading to unexpected alpine delights. Pets are welcome here for an additional fee!
