About this house rental
Located in a peaceful and green environment close to the beaches of La Nartelle, this beautiful Provençal-style villa offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. Authentic and full of character, the house is not new but is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay.
The main villa consists of a fully air-conditioned ground floor featuring 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, and 2 toilets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living and dining areas, which lead directly to the terraces with sea and pool views.
On the garden level, a separate, non-air-conditioned apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, one shower room, and a toilet.
The property extends over 2,700 m², offering a 12 x 6 m swimming pool with outdoor shower, spacious terraces perfect for relaxation, and a petanque court. Parking spaces on the property for approximately 4 vehicles. The total living area is approximately 270 m².
The town center is easily accessible by car or by local shuttle.
Pets are welcome, provided they are well-behaved and clean.
Final cleaning is not included and costs €200.
Linen optional.
A security deposit of €1,500 is required upon arrival.
Tourist taxes are additional (the amount varies depending on the length of stay, rental price, and the number of guests over 18 years old).
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The villa must be returned in perfect condition, including a clean kitchen area and emptied bins.
Keys must be returned to the agency by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
