CherryLoft Luxury Resort

The rosrt is clean well maintained and located just off the road. We loved the room, pool view, neat infrastructure and very courteous staff. Overall a great ecperience.

The places is good and nicely located near madikere city and well allighned. We had one instance where the room which we booked over agoda was not given to us as it was booked to someone else as informed by the staff but later on gave a upgrade to the same which i felt satisfied but AC of that room stopped working after a while we had to sleep in warm room. We called the staff to check and a person was sent to check and he himself didnt know what should be done and after a while he said he will be sending a technician and we waited waited and it was already 1:30 and slept. Upon checking in the morning with them they sent another person and tbh no body knew what was the problem or how to fix it. I feel we would have been more happy without having such upgrade and niether they asked us to shift the room is AC was not working i guess thats should ne the ideal solution. I was happy with the location untill this all happend and the next day of checkout our room was a hot air ballon from inside and some how we managed to checkout. Hotel staff is sweet and very helping and place is good. One more instance where i checkedin at 7 pm and asked for pool access they said it will close by 8pm. I understand but around 11PM in the night few folks were given access to pool just because they checkked in at 10Pm which they explained me the same when i complained. Apart from these two instances i feel place is ok and you can take your decision. I have shared my instances which i didnt expected from the resort. AC beinh the biggest as it was hot summer when i visited. I told the same to staff when they asked for giving review and there was a complete silence. After all these things i have not seen any resort or any hotel being asked the customer to wait before we leave. As the staff wanted to see if the room was good anything was not missing. I have visited many places and stayed in many hotels and resorts but this was my first instance where i felt like we were stealing something from them. I didnt feel nice about it at all but smilingly stayed there untill they checked the room and got thereself assured that nothing was damanged or stolen. Finally- apart from these place and vibe point its good to stay and staff is also sweet and friendly to talk to but ifk what happned in these instances niether of staff behaved badly they were all good to us always but the speacial recommendation i chose i agoda was also not taken care, if the instance what i shared were taken care then i would have thought of visiting the places once more but all of you can take your own decision but me personally would not be visiting there again.

Accommodation, locality, staff are good but food they need to improve lot.
