We booked 4 rooms for 2 days and paid around ₹45,000, expecting at least basic hospitality — but this place was a complete disaster.
We were traveling with 4 kids, and despite that, the hotel showed zero responsibility or care.
* Food was served only at 10:30 PM every night — completely unacceptable, especially with children.
* It honestly seemed like the food was given with anger, without care, and was completely tasteless.
* Only 2 staff members managing everything, and one cook had a very rude and argumentative attitude.
* Instead of solving problems, they kept arguing with guests.
* No proper service, no management, no coordination — totally unprofessional.
* The owner is irresponsible — he cut our calls and didn’t respond when we raised concerns.
Because of this horrible experience, our entire trip mood was spoiled. What should have been a relaxing family trip turned into frustration and anger.
👉 This hotel doesn’t deserve guests at this price.
👉 Good property is useless when service is this bad.
👉 Avoid this place at all costs — especially if you are traveling with family or kids.
