Modern City Apartment with Balcony in Christchurch

Liked the quite place and even though many rooms close by buy still it was without disturbances

When we entered the place it was so cold and there was only one heater outside in living room but not in the room room was freezing but it was fine later on overall was all good

Spacious clean and modern. Had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows. I wanted to extend for another 2 nights but was fully booked probably due to its proximity to the new stadium.

Area felt a bit dodgy at night. Opposite a strip club lol

The apartment was modern, clean and spacious. Close to the city.

We had issues with the electronic keypad on arrival it was not always working properly. We advised the property managers, but nothing was done about this. On Friday 27th March we returned to the apartment in the afternoon and we were locked out. The Property Manager visited and organized a lock smith as the battery was flat. We sat in the courtyard for three hours while we waited for the lock to be fixed. The Property Manager was aware of this and apologised but no compensation was offered to us. It is totally unacceptable to expect guests to sit outside in the cold for three hours waiting for a solution. We would have expected a call the following day from a higher lever manager to smooth this over, but we are still being ignored. Due to this we will not return to this property or recommend to others.
