Beautiful hotel, amazing view to the surrounding mountains - Little Adam’s Peak and Ella Rock. Amazing Staff, very polite and helpful! Cool warm pool with view and bar just connected to it. Amazing breakfast and restaurant! Thank you for our lovely stay 🙏

There is a bit of a climb to the hotel, but that is not a problem, helps digest the food..

Big bedroom, comfortable bed. Nice view.

Rude, dismissive staff. When I turned up to check in the late afternoon they acted like it was a chore. The next morning someone abruptly came up to me demanding I fill out forms which they didn’t give me upon check in, without saying hello or smiling - seemed like a hostile interaction for no reason. Groundstaff stared at me a lot when I was coming & going, as a F solo traveler this felt uncomfortable & bizarre (I had already been in Sri Lanka 2.5 weeks at this point and hadn’t experienced this anywhere else). Nobody refilled the water in the room or made the bed Which for the price should be standard. Not a 5 star experience. Would never stay here again.
